CaptainRay JohnsEastern Shore native Ray Johns is a licensed and insured Master Coast Guard Captain that has been fishing the waters of the Tangier Sound, Chesapeake Bay and surrounding areas for over twenty five years. He is a third generation Captain that would rather see someone catch a fish of a lifetime than catch it himself. His goal is to provide his clients a memorable outing and to educate them on being responsible stewards of the fishery.

The boat
You will be fishing on a 2015 BX 22 Pro bay boat. She is equipped with top of the line Lowrance and Minn Kota electronics and Yamaha power. With an abundance of in floor and dry storage, all of your valuables and gear are able to be stored off the deck for less clutter and more room to fish. A large T-Top provides shade for those hot days and a platform for the Lowrance Radar System which safely guides us in poor weather conditions and darkness.
