What should I bring?

You should bring:  Sunblock (Preferably rub on instead of spray,) a camera, snacks, lunch, sunglasses, a hat, drinks (Water is provided,) a cooler for your vehicle (If you plan to keep fish,) an outer layer if the weather dictates (Light jacket, sweatshirt, rain jacket etc..)

Can I bring my own tackle?

We provide the best quality fishing gear available.  You may bring lures or a rod and reel if you would like but you are not required to.

is there a bathroom on the boat

There is NOT a bathroom available on the boat.  We encourage split trips with lunch if you choose a longer trip (6 or 8 hours.)

What lunch options do you offer?

We offer trips to Smith Island and Tangier Island where you can eat some of the best seafood in the U.S.  Many of our clients choose a 6 or 8 hour trip with lunch on your own in the middle of the day.  This breaks up the day nicely and provides a bathroom and a break from the boat in air conditioning for about an hour and a half during the trip.

What types of fish will we catch?

That is a loaded question.  We primarily target Rockfish (Striped Bass) and speckled trout (Spotted Sea Trout) on light tackle.  We also can fish for bottom fish if you are interested in taking home extra fish to eat (Kingfish, Croaker, Spot, Grey Trout etc.) Certain times during the year, we also fish for bull red drum and cobia.  The great thing about our fishery is, you never know what cool species you can catch! 

kid friendly?

Absolutely!  We love to have children on the boat.  Nothing better that putting a child on the fish of a lifetime.

What is provided/included?

We provide all gear/tackle/safety equipment/licenses and permits.  We also provide bottled water and ice.
